The staff helped quickly with our bags. the room had complimentary water. It was a beautiful king. i appreciated the rooftop bar that stayed open somewhat late!
The shower pressure wasn't great. Though it was warm enough.

The toilet didnt flush properly. Badly sound insulated room. i would expect more for the price.

pool closure noisy hallways
The rooftop pool closure was a significant disappointment. hallways proved quite noisy. Constant door slamming and elevator sounds were disruptive, even from a room relatively far from the elevator shaft. the lack of transparency regarding the rooftop closure and the noise issues were quite frustrating.

attentive staff helpful staff 24-hour service central location
the staff was attentive and helpful. i appreciated the 24-hour room service. the hotel concierge assisted us with reservations at local places. the central location allowed easy access to the town and its attractions. the hotel has a rooftop pool, and there is a bar available.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures.

comfy sunbeds nice food good shops
the rooftop pool offered views of the castle i found comfy sunbeds available. the restaurant and rooftop bar presented nice food and drink choices. the hotel features a central location near taxis and good shops.
the room i occupied had very small nightstands.
