I was pleasantly surprised by the great size of the room, the large and comfortable bed, and the cleanliness throughout. However, I did notice some wear and tear with pink/red stains in the sink, a leaking toilet, and the bottom of the bathroom door rotting. The room could use some brighter lighting to enhance the ambiance.

The hotel rooms show significant signs of wear and tear with pink/red stains in the sink, a leaking toilet noise, and the bottom of the bathroom door is rotting. The rooms are expensive for their size and reduced facilities out of season, not meeting the expectations for a 5-star stay. On a positive note, the room size was great, the bed large, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel offers immaculate rooms but at a high price for the size and limited facilities out of season. The service is incredibly helpful, although there were issues with misleading communication. The location is perfect for exploring with a tropical Ibiza vibe, but some amenities may not match the booking description. The dining experience is great with delicious food but slow service. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
